SARAH LOU ships orders within 48 hours from Monday to Friday (except in rare occasions) Promotion's period can drag a little extra delay. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Sarah Lou products ordered on the website can be shipped to any global destination (except otherwise stated) For security reasons, Sarah Lou also refuses to process any orders for which only a post office box or a Cedex address is supplied.

All products are sent to the delivery address provided during the order process. The website is not responsible for the eventual loss of your package by the carrier. However, any package lost or misplaced will result in a replacement or refund.


All the deliveries are made by the company Post NL - For deliveries abroad, the post of the country takes over once the package arrives in the country. Post NL offers a secured delivery service, the package is only given against signature.
The price for deliveries at home in The Netherlands is free.
The price for deliveries within Belgium and Germany is 14,95 Euro.
The price for deliveries within the rest of Europe is 19,95 Euro.
The price for deliveries abroad depends on the shipping costs.


The average delivery lead time for The Netherlands is 48 to 72 hours.
The delivery lead time for Europe extends between 72 hours and 5 days.
The delivery lead time for the rest of the world is on average 5 days to 10 days.


Any order placed on the website and for which the country (or region) delivery is outside of mainland The Netherlands may be subjected to customs duties. These duties are imposed by the regulations of the country. These charges are the customer’s expense. Sarah Lou is not required to check and inform clients about customs duties and taxes. The customer should check with the relevant authorities of his country before placing an order. In case of refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, any requested and taxed amounts to to get back the parcel will be deducted from the refund’s amount of the customer.


Our Customer Services team must be notified as soon as possible regarding any delays in delivery or damage/defects that are found to have occurred during transit. Any complaints relating to products purchased from the website will not be considered more than 15 calendar days beyond the initial date the order was received.

You have to check all goods received at the time of the delivery and indicate, if possible in the return email send to our Customer service team, any noted abnormalities (an opened package, damaged items, defects etc.).
